In the 1990s there was an Andrew Lloyd-Webber and Jim Steinman musical called "Whistle Down the Wind". It would eventually bring about the chart topping "No Matter What" by Boyzone.
However the first release from the music was this which only made number 40. Red Hill was the name of a primary school and the Sylvia Young Theatre School was also involved in this record.
I would be the 2nd time that Andrew Lloyd-Webber would score a number 40 as a songwriter, having previously done it in 1979 with I'd Be Surprisingly Good For You by Linda Lewis.
