Just 2 weeks ago we were looking at the first number 40 hit by Queensryche. Now we are seeing them become the first act to have 2 number 40s in the UK Top 40.
As mentioned previously, Queensryche are a progressive metal band and the only band of that genre to have any UK Top 40 hits. In progressive metal terms, this and their other number 40 could be considered a great success given they both made the Top 40.
The band are still going today but have had a number of line up changes through the years. For their Top 40 career though, this was the end.
