After we had 4 non-dance records in a row to make number 40, there was almost inevitably another dance record round the corner and here it is. It was the only UK Top 40 hit for both Artificial Funk and N Ettison.
We were getting a variety of nationalities having dance records in the Top 40 and this was no exception. Both Artificial Funk and N Ettison hailed from Denmark. Given that was also where Whigfield and Aqua were from it probably didn't help their cause. It was however not supposed to be the cheesy sort of music those artists mentioned came out with.
Artificial Funk consisted of brothers Johannes Torpe and Rune Reilly Kolsch who had other aliases and released music separately too. N Ettison is Nellie Ettison and has appeared as featured vocalists on other records too.
