Propellerheads will perhaps always be remembered for being massive in 1997 before completely disappearing off the face of the earth. If you were there in 1997 then there is a good chance that you known this record despite its low chart placing.
It was the Top 40 debut for Propellerheads. They had 2 further Top 40 hits which both reached the Top 20 and both came later on in the year.
It wasn't so much about the singles for Propellerheards, it was about the "Decksandrumsandrockandroll" album on which all 3 of their Top 40 hits appeared. They album came after all of the singles though so you can't say people already had the album.
This record featured on the soundtrack to the film "The Matrix" and perhaps people owning the soundtrack coupled with Propellerheads only just establishing themselves led to this record only getting to number 40.
